Return / Cancellation / Replacement

KashaStore, which opens a brand new page in customer satisfaction, takes the product which reaches you back as returned with your invoice and the package of the product within 15 days provided not used and damaged within the scope of “100% Customer Satisfaction”, its basic philosophy. 

 

For the products which you want to replace / return, cargo fee is paid by our company. In order to make use of free shipment, you should have your package sent through our contracted cargo company Aras Kargo to Kashastore. Cargo fee belongs to the receiver in the returns which are sent through other cargo companies.

 

  • The product should be unused, tag not taken out.
  • All copies of the invoice should be sent together with the product.

The product and its box should be returned as packed not to be damaged. Replacement or return will not be accepted for the products with bands or tags stuck on their box. Please reject it if the cargo company wants to directly band your box. The cargos which do not comply with this 

  • condition will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Underwear products, swimwear, bikini etc. products cannot be returned due to hygiene conditions.
  • Evening dresses and nightwear cannot be returned.
  • The price of the product(s) that you will return will be returned as a result of the quality control made after our receipt of the product(s). And it will be returned to your credit card, bank account or PayPal account within 2-3 days depending on the terms of your Bank.

Please note that your replacement / return  request cannot be processed unless the above conditions are provided.
